What We Do With Restaurant Floors
USA Epoxy Floors has provided restaurant flooring solutions in Forestburgh, NY for restaurant owners and operators, including surface preparation, repairs, coating removal, epoxy flooring installation, and polished concrete finishes, for over 25 years. Our flooring work includes kitchens, main dining rooms, bars, bathrooms, storage areas, and service corridors, with methods and materials chosen based on the purpose and demands of each restaurant section.
Floors in restaurants face heavy daily use: loads of traffic, repeated cleaning, dropped liquids, food stains, oil and grease exposure, and the movement of furniture and carts. Dining and entry spaces need finishes that hold up to public use and frequent sanitation, while kitchens and food prep areas must have surfaces that resist slipping, handle thermal shock, and support health and safety codes. Back-of-house, restrooms, and storage rooms carry different expectations for cleanability, slip resistance, and lasting performance.
Our experience with restaurant floor installation, repair, and restoration in Forestburgh ensures systems are chosen for the real-world environment. We handle mechanical surface grinding, patch and joint repair, the installation of durable resinous floors, slip-resistant treatments, and protective topcoats, along with safety features at transitions. Whether preparing new concrete or updating existing floor systems, our approach limits downtime for Forestburgh restaurants and keeps every area clean, accessible, and professional in appearance.
Concrete Staining
In Forestburgh, concrete staining by USA Epoxy Floors uses penetrating stains that become part of the slab itself. After mechanical cleaning or grinding, acid or water-based stains deliver natural coloration and custom finish. The result is a durable, richly colored concrete floor unique to each project.
Quartz Epoxy Floor Installation
Quartz epoxy floor installation by USA Epoxy Floors creates a multi-coat, nonporous system in Forestburgh, using mechanical slab profiling, deep quartz embedding, and resistant topcoats. Designed for wet or heavy-duty spaces across Sullivan County, the floors handle sanitation and high traffic.
Epoxy Floor Repair
Peeling epoxy, cracked resin, tire marks, worn lanes, blisters, and separated coating in Forestburgh can indicate a localized defect or a failing floor system. USA Epoxy Floors provides Epoxy Floor Repair by testing adhesion, checking slab conditions, and preparing only the area that can support a bonded repair. Sullivan County properties receive a repaired section or a documented recommendation for removal or resurfacing when patching would not hold.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is Restaurant floor coating available in Forestburgh?
Yes — Forestburgh and communities throughout Sullivan County, NY. USA Epoxy Floors has been coating floors since 2001 and regularly takes Restaurant projects across the region.
Which system fits a Restaurant?
It follows the conditions. Epoxy builds thicker and bonds deep, polyaspartic cures fast and holds color under UV. Heavier-duty Restaurant floors often run a thicker epoxy base with a chemical-resistant topcoat. Specification comes after the floor is seen and tested.
Will the floor stand up to the traffic in a Restaurant?
That is what the specification is for. Forklift traffic, vehicle loads, foot traffic, and point impact all inform the build. A floor that was properly profiled and correctly specified handles the demands of the space for years with routine cleaning.
What about chemical exposure and cleaning?
Topcoat chemistry is selected against what actually contacts the floor — solvents, oils, food acids, cleaning agents. In Restaurant spaces with regular chemical contact or wash-down cycles, the system is built for it rather than adapted afterward.
Can existing Restaurant floors be redone?
Usually. Failed coatings are removed mechanically, the slab is inspected to determine why the prior system let go, and the cause is addressed before a new build goes on. Coating over a failure without finding the cause repeats it.

What Our Clients Say about us..
"4 other contractors showed up, did their pitch, and then had to "go back to the office to prepare a quote" - 2 of them never responded and the other two estimates seemed high - George on the other hand showed up, gave me my options and provided a written quote right on the spot that was about 15% less than the other quotes and went on to do a superb job on my garage floor. I would recommend him highly!"

He is an old school artisan and gentleman who takes pride in his work, takes every issue seriously, answers every question, and is a meticulous workman. The garage floor he did for us is stunning. He is humble, fun, courteous, friendly, extremely knowledgeable about adjacent trades and competent in several of them. I am delighted to give him the highest recommendation and look forward to referring him to friends and to using him again."
