What We Do With Factory Floors
USA Epoxy Floors has provided factory flooring solutions in Barryville, NY for plant and facility managers, including surface preparation, concrete repair, coating removal, epoxy and resinous floor installation, and polished concrete, for over 25 years. Our projects extend across production floors, loading docks, storage rooms, utility spaces, mechanical rooms, and employee zones—every area where resilient and reliable flooring matters.
Factory environments bring challenges: constant vehicle traffic, dropped tools, material abrasion, recurring spills, and the necessity for marked, slip-resistant, easily cleaned surfaces. Production lines may call for high chemical resistance, while movement and storage zones require abrasion resistance and dust management. Employee and support areas benefit from smooth, safe, and durable finishes.
Our experience with installation, repair, and restoration in Barryville helps us prepare and repair factory floors using mechanical grinding, shot blasting, crack and joint repair, moisture mitigation, and leveling. Floor systems are chosen for their resistance to chemicals and impact, with coatings that allow for easy maintenance, safety, and clear traffic markings. We provide restoration, repair, and routine maintenance alongside new installations, ensuring factories in Barryville experience minimal disruption and maximum durability.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is Factory floor coating available in Barryville?
Yes — Barryville and communities throughout Sullivan County, NY. USA Epoxy Floors has been coating floors since 2001 and regularly takes Factory projects across the region.
Which system fits a Factory?
It follows the conditions. Epoxy builds thicker and bonds deep, polyaspartic cures fast and holds color under UV. Heavier-duty Factory floors often run a thicker epoxy base with a chemical-resistant topcoat. Specification comes after the floor is seen and tested.
Will the floor stand up to the traffic in a Factory?
That is what the specification is for. Forklift traffic, vehicle loads, foot traffic, and point impact all inform the build. A floor that was properly profiled and correctly specified handles the demands of the space for years with routine cleaning.
What about chemical exposure and cleaning?
Topcoat chemistry is selected against what actually contacts the floor — solvents, oils, food acids, cleaning agents. In Factory spaces with regular chemical contact or wash-down cycles, the system is built for it rather than adapted afterward.
Can existing Factory floors be redone?
Usually. Failed coatings are removed mechanically, the slab is inspected to determine why the prior system let go, and the cause is addressed before a new build goes on. Coating over a failure without finding the cause repeats it.

What Our Clients Say about us..
"4 other contractors showed up, did their pitch, and then had to "go back to the office to prepare a quote" - 2 of them never responded and the other two estimates seemed high - George on the other hand showed up, gave me my options and provided a written quote right on the spot that was about 15% less than the other quotes and went on to do a superb job on my garage floor. I would recommend him highly!"

He is an old school artisan and gentleman who takes pride in his work, takes every issue seriously, answers every question, and is a meticulous workman. The garage floor he did for us is stunning. He is humble, fun, courteous, friendly, extremely knowledgeable about adjacent trades and competent in several of them. I am delighted to give him the highest recommendation and look forward to referring him to friends and to using him again."
