What We Do With Commercial Property Floors
USA Epoxy Floors has provided commercial property flooring solutions in New Paltz, NY for business owners, facility managers, and property professionals, covering mechanical surface preparation, epoxy floor installations, concrete restoration, coating removal, and polished or stained concrete, for over 25 years. Our work includes upgrading or repairing entryways, offices, corridors, bathrooms, kitchens, break rooms, storage, and mechanical areas, each demanding unique preparation methods and finishes to fit their routines.
Commercial spaces undergo constant wear from pedestrian flow, rolling furniture, carts, dropped tools, liquid spills, harsh cleansers, and the demand to maintain an attractive, orderly appearance for staff and customers. Restrooms and kitchens must meet hygiene standards with seamless, washable, slip-resistant finishes.
Our experience with installation, repair, and restoration in New Paltz covers in-depth mechanical preparation, vapor and moisture analysis, crack filling, and safe removal of failing coatings before a matched flooring system is installed for the business's requirements. Whether resurfacing a storeroom, installing resinous floors in common areas, or polishing an office corridor, we focus on systems engineered for durability, cleanability, and ongoing use in commercial settings.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you coat floors for Commercial Property properties in New Paltz?
Yes. USA Epoxy Floors handles Commercial Property floor coating throughout New Paltz and across Ulster County. Build thickness, chemical resistance, and slip rating are matched to how that kind of space actually gets used.
What does a Commercial Property floor need that others do not?
Traffic type and load, chemical exposure, cleaning regime, temperature range, and slip requirements all differ by property type. A Commercial Property gets a system specified against those conditions rather than a general-purpose build applied everywhere.
How long will the floor be out of service?
It depends on square footage, slab condition, and the system selected. Polyaspartic topcoats return a floor to service considerably faster than standard epoxy. For Commercial Property spaces that cannot fully shut down, the work is often staged in sections so part of the operation keeps running.
Can the work be phased around operations?
In most cases, yes. Sectioning the floor lets a Commercial Property in New Paltz keep functioning while the coating progresses area by area. The sequence is planned during the walkthrough around your schedule.
What preparation is involved?
The slab is mechanically profiled — diamond grinding or shot blasting — so the coating keys into the concrete. Cracks, joints, and damaged areas are repaired first, and slabs showing moisture are tested before a system is specified.
How do I get a quote for a Commercial Property in New Paltz?
Call or text (845) 464-2539 or use the estimate form with the square footage and a description of the operation. George Tsinias walks the space in New Paltz and quotes it in person.
"4 other contractors showed up, did their pitch, and then had to "go back to the office to prepare a quote" - 2 of them never responded and the other two estimates seemed high - George on the other hand showed up, gave me my options and provided a written quote right on the spot that was about 15% less than the other quotes and went on to do a superb job on my garage floor. I would recommend him highly!"

"We are so happy to have discovered George Tsinias. He is an old school artisan and gentleman who takes pride in his work, takes every issue seriously, answers every question, and is a meticulous workman. The garage floor he did for us is stunning. He is humble, fun, courteous, friendly, extremely knowledgeable about adjacent trades and competent in several of them. I am delighted to give him the highest recommendation and look forward to referring him to friends and to using him again."

"When we called George to give us an estimate on our basement , we knew he was the right guy. He did such a good job in a basement. Then we had him do our two garages. He will never leave a job unless the customer is 100% satisfied. He takes pride in his work. He is a GREAT person to deal with and very responsive and very reasonable."
